Please note that we are a small business and last minute cancellations and no-shows greatly affect us. An empty table reserved for diners who don't show up means a double loss—the original booking and potentially other customers who could have occupied that table.

Payment card pre-authorisations are required to secure all reservations of six or more people. No money will be debited from your card unless:
 

• You cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice

• You fail to show without any notification

In the unfortunate event that any of the above does happen, your card will be debited a cancellation fee of £10 per head for each person that is cancelled e.g. x4 people = £40. (This includes part cancellations, such as reducing your party size from 6 to 4 eg £20)
